I have been a customer for approximately 7 years now. I love the food selection and quality of the food is 150% better than the food quality at the grocery store. I had an issue with my electricity going out and they refunded me my entire order that went bad. I broke a piece of the cookware I purchased and they replaced the whole pan and gave me extra parts. Though I wasn’t upset, a manager hand delivered seasoning products and extras for the inconvenience. I have a great sales rep Rocky who knows my order and reviews it with me patiently and professionally. I was paying almost $800-$1000 in groceries a month before I became a customer and now my bill is cut in half and only have to visit the grocery store once a month. I get free, non food items and condiments with every order. I love this establishment and support local ran businesses.

This is a convenient way to get farm-to-table foods in individual portions. We had been using a different service, Heartland, for many years, but they were sold (twice I think) and started changing up things -- got rid of all pantry items, limited their product selection, etc. We were VERY happy in 2024 to find Passanante's, which offers the service the way we were used to (and really like): every 6 months we select what we want, and they come and fill our freezer. Easy! The Passanante meats are INCREDIBLE (incredibly, even better than Heartland's), the pricing is fair, and the service is top-notch. We couldn't be happier and we hope to be customers for many years to come.

We love, love, LOVE this meat service! The food is amazing and very cost effective. It's much easier (and cheaper) to go shopping for dinner in my freezer than the grocery store. The food has no fillers and always cooks up juicy and delicious.Rocky Murphy, our rep, is personable and very knowledgeable about all the products. I feel comfortable having him in my home. It's like a visit from an old friend.

We have been with passanates for about a decade at this point and have nothing but good things to say! We haven’t purchased a single protein option in the grocery store since. The difference in quality is indescribable. The fact everything is so well packaged and can be defrosted in about an hour max makes making dinner daily, even last second so much easier. We work only with Rocky Murphy when re ordering. It’s a must! He knows every detail of every item and spends so much time with you to make sure your order is perfect. I’ve had other reps and although they are all good, it’s no comparison to Rocky. He has tried every item on their menu and will give his honest opinion which I really appreciate. Anytime we have a question or issue he makes sure to resolve it immediately. We are true Pessanantes customers for life. Would never change. If you’re on the fence to order, just do it. You will not regret your decision. What’s in the super market is no where near their quality!!

I used to buy my meat from Costco because the quality was so much better than the grocery stores. Then I found Passanante's! We have been ordering through them for years now. Occasionally we would compare to our local meat locker, or local farmers, etc...and although they are really good Passanante's beats them all. Not to mention they not only deliver, but they stock my freezer and organize it all for me!!! Highly recommend!

Allan was very helpful and courteous. We love the Passanate's food and especially love that we can tailor it exactly to our needs and tastes.

The delivery guys were very polite and worked diligently to get the freezer into place. It was a bit of an issue due to the small entry door and close area inside the door, but they were very professional and were able to get the freezer in the door and set into place. They thought ahead and used their time wisely to quickly get the items in the freezer. So often you see one person working and the other watching but that was not the case, when one was placing the door back on the freezer (which had to be removed to fit inside) the other was out to the truck bringing in the groceries. They cleaned up the boxes and packing material and even apologized for there being some dirt on the floor (which was not their fault, we pulled up a rug at the door that was in the way).

Just placed our third order with Passanante and our representative Matt Hansen. Looking forward to delivery of great tasting steaks and seafood, and the best tasting chicken we have found. We're big soup lovers and looking forward to trying the new soups!

We had our freezer and food delivered today,  can't wait to try all the natural meats that don't have anything bad in them! Being that we have children we are tired of dumping nasty chemicals in their bodies. The delivery men were very nice and worked really quickly. When the gentleman came out to show us their product and we fell in love, didn't even need seasoning to make the meats taste good. Although we are just starting we definitely recommend to anyone who wants to live a healthier lifestyle free of food filled with hormones and preservatives. Can't wait to start this new journey!

We love Passanante’s and our food guy, Allan! We just did our second order and when they say they’ll credit you for something you don’t like, they mean it. We had one thing we just didn’t like the taste of and he took it off. Everything else tastes amazing! The thaw time for meat is so quick and much better than what you buy at the store. The veggies are crisp and taste so fresh. We are so glad we switched to Passanante’s and will never go back to store bought again.

Other than missing a few items that were out of stock, it was.an amazing experience! Chris (Daniel) was my delivery guy and he was excellent, and more!!! He brought in my freezer and all my food during a tropical storm!!!!! And he had to bring ot all the way down my side yard and into my back yard and into my storage building (she-shed) in the POURING rain!!! I felt so bad for him!!! But he maintained a professional and courteous demeanor and smiled the whole way through! He explained the freezer use to me and packaged everything so neatly. He was fabulous!!!! And then Courtney has reached out to me about the missing items and sent me an alarm for inside the house to monitor the freezer for any problems. That lady is also fantastic!!! I feel like I have a new friend when I talk to her!!! Great customer service. Your service has been great. The Delivery person is wonderful; very fast and efficient. When I have had an issue and called into Passanantes the service I have gotten is great. Everyone is so friendly and usually goes far beyond my expectations when there is an issue.

Okay so my wife and I became members as you would say in 2018. About 6 years ago, multiple reorders after our initial contract ended. And I’ll tell you why. Grab a coffee it’s pretty long. We were Young adults just trying to survive life as affordable as possible. We were at a beer festival drinking way more than we should when we saw this good service standing with free sample. Beer + Food = Perfection. The ladies at the booth phenomenal. Food was grilled chicken kabobs.  Signed up to have someone come out because we can’t say no to that. We weren’t expecting the evening full of events either. The sales person came out and blew us out of the water. Knew the product and the pricing down to every last deal. The thing we enjoyed the most (which we’ve seen a decline in some of the product packing) was the ability to take things out of the freezer and within a short time the thing was thawed. The young gentlemen cooked us a full meal of 2-3 meats and 2 samples of veggies. Was told where the meat and fish were caught or raised. Even went into details of certain recipes. Overall a good experience if you’re looking for pleasant surprise. I will say I deal in sales daily and their pitch is good but pressure is a little strong. Understandable after 2-3 hours of explaining the products to let customer decide later and having to have to make multiple trips without any type of reimbursement. But I can understand where people who possibly can’t make decisions this large in one sit down. My wife and I reflected and were initially nervous about the affordability. But decided to pull the trigger. We weren’t at the stage in life where we could go with the large discount on a lot of stuff. We went small and knew this was going to be a commitment. Our family grew rather quickly. Within 5 years we have had 2 children. We, unlike most people, didn’t have any issues with meat and product shortages during Covid because they do 6 month supplies. We’ve moved houses, locations, we’ve had products go bad (they quickly replaced) we’ve had product go missing (again replaced) Even the lifetimes supply products with filters and freezer (they’ve been an email away). We’ve been through it all. Yet here we are! They’ve helped us through food. They’re just an email away. It’s really easy. And I’m lazy. They call to reminder you of re orders. They call before they arrive and call to reminder of drop off times. We’ve had the same delivery guy for at least 3 years :) he’s amazing. Plenty of great things to say and recommend. You’re paying for quality products but you’re also paying for quality customer service.

One might expect that the convenience of having food delivered to your home would be the biggest positive a customer would discuss. For me, however, the exceptional quality of the food, and the adherence of the delivery schedule are the best. The all natural meats are tender and lean, and the frozen organic vegetables taste like they've been recently harvested. The delivery agents are professional, intelligent, and courteous. Passanante's really knows how to feed my family.  Rocky, our favorite sales guy, knows exactly what to order so that we are always prepared with plenty of variety and the perfect quantity.  He has a magical way of remembering some of the favorites of my clan as well as some things that the kids just won't even try.The food is absolutely delicious, and individually vacuum-packed making thawing the right portion size so easy.AND.....they stock my freezer for me, I don't even have to carry 6 months of meat downstair and put it away.

Today we became aware that our freezer that we purchased from Passanantes malfunctioned and every single piece of meat was thawed out and no longer good. Beth Miller-Ennis answered the phone before they even opened and walked us through the entire process of resetting the freezer, crediting us for the spoiled food, and getting us a delivery within the week. Passanante's has the best customer service possible. They have a quick turn around to any questions that I may have. They know how to make sure that I have a variety of meats in my freezer to provide a variety of dishes so that we are not eating the same thing all the time. The meats are absolutely amazing, there has not been a single thing that we didn't like so far. I absolutely love that everything is vacuum sealed individually, makes thawing the perfect portion size so much easier. Oh, and don't forget the I DON'T HAVE TO PUT MY MEATS AWAY, they carry it all downstairs to my stand-up freezer and load it.

Our rep San was a nice guy. He brought over a samples which we cooked while I he was here and the meat was just amazing both saying I cannot believe it just how good it really is. The pork chops, Cindy's expression was holy crap. She couldn't belive how good it was. The hamburger tasted more like steak. The quality is unbelievable. On the surface the price sounds high; however, it's what were already spending anyway for lesser quality.

What is not to love? Quality food delivered right to my freezer! Living in a rural area, we have access to "fresh" meats. My husband bought some local meat to compare with Passanante's. Much to mine and my husband's surprise, Passanante's far out did the local fare. I am very picky about my steaks and how they are cooked...except when it comes from Passanante's, no matter how you cook one of their steaks, they are still amazing. They also have THE best hot dogs and meatballs ever!! I truly cannot say enough about the quality of the food, the ease of ordering and delivery, not to mention the very friendly staff whether ordering, receiving or just asking questions.
