We love Passanante’s and our food guy, Allan! We just did our second order and when they say they’ll credit you for something you don’t like, they mean it. We had one thing we just didn’t like the taste of and he took it off. Everything else tastes amazing! The thaw time for meat is so quick and much better than what you buy at the store. The veggies are crisp and taste so fresh. We are so glad we switched to Passanante’s and will never go back to store bought again.

Okay so my wife and I became members as you would say in 2018. About 6 years ago, multiple reorders after our initial contract ended. And I’ll tell you why. Grab a coffee it’s pretty long. We were Young adults just trying to survive life as affordable as possible. We were at a beer festival drinking way more than we should when we saw this good service standing with free sample. Beer + Food = Perfection. The ladies at the booth phenomenal. Food was grilled chicken kabobs.  Signed up to have someone come out because we can’t say no to that. We weren’t expecting the evening full of events either. The sales person came out and blew us out of the water. Knew the product and the pricing down to every last deal. The thing we enjoyed the most (which we’ve seen a decline in some of the product packing) was the ability to take things out of the freezer and within a short time the thing was thawed. The young gentlemen cooked us a full meal of 2-3 meats and 2 samples of veggies. Was told where the meat and fish were caught or raised. Even went into details of certain recipes. Overall a good experience if you’re looking for pleasant surprise. I will say I deal in sales daily and their pitch is good but pressure is a little strong. Understandable after 2-3 hours of explaining the products to let customer decide later and having to have to make multiple trips without any type of reimbursement. But I can understand where people who possibly can’t make decisions this large in one sit down. My wife and I reflected and were initially nervous about the affordability. But decided to pull the trigger. We weren’t at the stage in life where we could go with the large discount on a lot of stuff. We went small and knew this was going to be a commitment. Our family grew rather quickly. Within 5 years we have had 2 children. We, unlike most people, didn’t have any issues with meat and product shortages during Covid because they do 6 month supplies. We’ve moved houses, locations, we’ve had products go bad (they quickly replaced) we’ve had product go missing (again replaced) Even the lifetimes supply products with filters and freezer (they’ve been an email away). We’ve been through it all. Yet here we are! They’ve helped us through food. They’re just an email away. It’s really easy. And I’m lazy. They call to reminder you of re orders. They call before they arrive and call to reminder of drop off times. We’ve had the same delivery guy for at least 3 years :) he’s amazing. Plenty of great things to say and recommend. You’re paying for quality products but you’re also paying for quality customer service.

One might expect that the convenience of having food delivered to your home would be the biggest positive a customer would discuss. For me, however, the exceptional quality of the food, and the adherence of the delivery schedule are the best. The all natural meats are tender and lean, and the frozen organic vegetables taste like they've been recently harvested. The delivery agents are professional, intelligent, and courteous. I highly recommend Passanantes Home Food Services to are seeking a high quality home food service.

Everyone has been very kind. I contacted the regional manager to request an addition to my order (after I had already placed it with the representative). He wasn't sure if he would be able to make the addition, but when my food was delivered, it was there! I appreciate the effort and generosity.

Always a great experience ordering our food and meeting with reps. So far Morgan and Allan have been great connecting with! The food quality has never let us down, been ordering for 2 years and no plans to stop. Passanante's has been an amazing addition to our family, for quality and convenience. And of course, customer service has always been phenomenal- from ordering to delivery.

Truly the best food I have ever had at home, delivered AND they put it away and what amazed me is they rotated the older stuff just like a restaurant,  Their customer service is phenomenalIf you are a busy family that loves great meats I encourage you to call them.
